Biography
I have drawn all my life, starting as a young boy under the tutelage of my grandmother, an accomplished oil painter. She schooled me in the techniques of using colors to draw light and a shadow, teaching me that nothing the eye sees is just one color. My favorite medium has always been pencils and color markers.
After spending ten years building race cars and working as a pit crew member for numerous race teams—with my sketchbook never far from my side—I decided to combine my racing memories with his artistic background to create a vision to share with race fans and art lovers throughout the world. I launched my art studio in 1999 and it is now well known for my hand-drawn, intricate race scenes, including auto and motorcycle racing, and other sports related moments.
I remains closely connected to the sports world by displaying my work at car events and races, and donating my art to numerous charity events. I has an established client base around the world, drawing one-of-a-kinds depicting both sports and non-sports related events.
